Lots of people have told me that when I propagate this dangerous and misleading information that diet can cure disease or cancer, I am treading murky waters. I don’t really care – in fact I think people who ignore this canary in the cave warning, have their flappers on their eyes. Lets not blindly follow what we have been fed by the food industry.
Look at Mimi Kirk who is in her 70’s and can easily pass for someone in their late 40’s to early 50’s. She is a raw food vegan which means her diet consists of 100% plant based foods. She has a great recipe book out – I bought mine on Amazon for $10! Yay prime shipping 🙂
